As We celebrate the issuance of titles now guaranteed, we are happy to report that our lobbying for the tarmacking of the Komo-Mangu link road is paying off. KURA has finalised with the BOQs and we are now pushing for budgetary allocation under the Big Four.
On Wednesday 20th last week we hosted a huge government delegation to our project using the Komo-Mangu link road as they seek to use our project as one of the flagship projects in affordable housing. The delegation included officials from the Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development, Ministry of Water and our parent Ministry of Industrialization, Enterprise and Co-operatives.
We were able to demonstrate the importance of this link road and they have promised to take it up with Treasury. We are looking at all round government infrastructure support including sewerage, improved power and water supply as well as security provition.”
